You don't need a VPN to register your roku. Got to something like unotelly, getflix or a similar service. You just change the dns settings on the router and have all your devices point to the router through default gateway ip field

The services i listed have setup guides for multiple types of devices and OS. and they give you a free trial period.

Vpn usually tend to lose bandwidth..smartdns (if you find the right one) will give you your full or near full bandwidth.

thanks... I have done that but doesn't seem to work on the roku... i also tried to setup a static route, i got a tp link wd8968 router but everytime i try to save the route, it says "destination address 8.8.8.8 shall have network prefix length"... how the hell am i supposed to know what that means.

Check the guides I mentioned. There's about 8 or 10 ips that you will need to block

I can't remember the last time Netflix worked with Unotelly. IIRC they were one of the first to raise the white flag.

Is it working right now? I've been having problems for about a week. Which US profit did you choose on Getflix and on which devices did you change your DNS?
I'm using LG WebOS 2.0 Smart and changed DNS settings on router only.
