Having issues with my FNB cards as of late to pay for HULU. When we moved we cancelled as we had no internet. Have internet now again and they refuse our FNB cards. I have opted to buying vouchers now for HULU but it's about $3 more expensive... Any recommendations?

What issues are you having?

When I first signed up I had transactions being rejected by FNB - but that seems to be resolved now.

So silly question, I'm actually not interested in using a VPN to watch Netflix at this point as I'm fine with the local content and Hulu just works for the rest.

Any suggestion on what the best VPN is to use from here? I'm currently using unblock.us and it works but has occasional buffering which I don't like. Any suggestions on an alternative, possibly something with a local server in SA, added advantage would be if you could specify which channels to run through the VPN service and which not.

Don't us a VPN when a DNS service will suffice. Getflix works well.

Getflix is your friend. They have a an easy to use app for a quick fix when you reset your router.

Have you set up your static routes properly?

Strange, I've got it set up on my LG Smart Web OS. I only have two choices under Netflix on the Getflix iOS App: U6 and Turn Off. Both work just fine but only for locally available content.
If you are not using the app, try downloading that, perhaps it's offering different functionality? - I could be wrong about this.

Trying emailing support?

I mean the static routes on the router. There are about 10 of them if I remember correctly.
Haven't changed anything on router, just on the TV, and it did work with just that, until recently
