Am I being foolish to be expecting Telkom to provide a decent/consistent service on my ADSL line? I've been trying since March to get a single 8hour day that is without outages and lost connectivity. Reported faults umpteen times, been told umpteen times they are looking at the faults but still no resolution in sight. It really appears that they just don't care. Completely uninterested in trying to give a reliable service.
