The problem is with their lines and in their exchange as sometimes the whole area is affected. Their technicians have also told me so and yet they keep coming into my home. Question is which is the best 3G/4G service provider that I can change to? Also the best deals.
The second problem is that I want to move my email account to somewhere where it is not locked to an ISP. I have a gmail account, but I have read somewhere that it is not advisable to have sensitive emails like bank and credit card statements going to a gmail account. I am currently with MWEB - 2mb adsl bundle including line rental. I will have to move my email account before I can make the change.
