Unrestricted APN is not available to the man on the street

I thought this might be the answer to the VoIP extreme ping issues I'm having. So apparently it's only available to "corperate" clients.

I've noticed this trend with online gaming and VoIP. Pings start very high and then come right down. I was hoping this unrestricted APN would stop that.

Notice the same thing! The first ping is high always, then comes down to acceptable levels.
