Unstable ADSL?

Does anybody have similar problems?

I'm in Centurion exchange 012644.....

I don't seem to have much problems downloading small files, but the moment it gets above 100k of so, it seems to crash in the middle of the download.

I also get frequent disconnections on my ssh connections to a server in the USA.

This morning earlier, I got time-outs trying to download MyADSL, though that seems to have solved itself.

At the moment I still can't open www.iol.co.za

Sorry for the duplicate - ADSL was so slow, I reloaded and posted twice due to that
