Unusual amount of disconnections today?

Anyone else on Horison View, node 1 experiencing lots of random disconnections today. I wonder if this is because of the antennae maintenance. Oh well. Just another thing.

I've been connected to Horizon View SE sector since 7:00pm. No disconnects so far.

I've been getting disconnected every few hours since Friday last week (Mintek tower). I see some people have been reporting that bandwidth has got a bit better. Perhaps this is how Sentech plan to solve the contention vs sharing issue. Just disconnect users so that the sharing ratio goes down and bandwidth per connected user increases.

I had lots of disconnections on Friday morning as well as Monday morning on the mintek tower. Bandwidth issue seems to be worse at night. Got 13MB downloaded last night and 10MB on sunday ... yay.

It picks up around 8 or 9am sometimes, but then I need to do all sorts of other work.

I'm still disconnecting today. Every few minutes. Very irritating. Had a call from the helpdesk and it disconnected while they were on the line so that saved me a phone call. They say the are working on stuff. Looking forward to the day when they stop "working on stuff".

I'm not getting disconnected today, but I'm not getting much downloaded either. So I stopped the dl'ing so that I can vent here. Feeling much better already.

As long as they're working on it I guess they might just get the right combination at some point
