Sorry I can't help, but just out of interest, where on MTN's site are you updating your phone details? If you got the phone on a contract surely they should already know what phone you have?

Thanks, the phone is fantastic !!!

On The MTN site / MTNLOADED / MY PHONE.

You need to register & then log in. Wanted to do it so that I could request the correct settings. Decided to call 808 & they advised to dial *123#
