Helderberg mostly without power after Eskom transformer switch on goes wrong.

Woke up at 3:40 as I hear my aircon shutdown and garage motor start beeping .... It's 11:31 and my generator has been running since 6:30am (I needed my coffee, Okay) So it seems a switchover to a new transformer went wrong this morning, knocking us out.

1. City suspends load-shedding for City-supplied customers. It is with immediate effect until 22:00 tonight. City customers will then move to Stage 1 load-shedding until 05:00 tomorrow, 12 March 2022. Updates will follow.

Does anyone know what this error message means? Every time I try to access the loadshedding.eskom.co.za website I get this error message: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." I've tried several different browsers and it still keeps happening.
