I am not sure what your exact goal post is though but perhaps google "eskom prosecutions" ? If you are looking for speedy prosecutions, that is not going to happen.

They do give some general information around that from time to time but remember that Eskom is not a prosecuting authority, they are not in a position to give us running commentary of people who are being prosecuted, it is not their turf or business to do so.

State they've started criminal proceedings against people = increased belief that Eskom is doing something.
Right now, it's simply a case of breakages that seemingly never get fixed while the thieves continue to work.
