I've been through 2 weeks of frustration and pain. Good signal, Full H+ but no internet connection. But i'm its now finally over.
The improvements started from last night, i wad surprised at the smooth internet connection & blazingly fast data speeds. I thought maybe the network problems will start again the next morning. But this morning i had smooth internet connection & blazing fast download speeds again. Every web page loaded in a second. I even had a call from the Networks Department telling me the problem has been fixed.

Thank you Cell C for fixing the Network issue. I truly appreciate a job well done.

But now, now i humbly plead to you to diagnose and fix the internet issues that other customers are painfully experiencing.

Your co-operation will be highly appreciated

PS: Sorry for the typing errors. My 3 year old niece made it difficult for me.

Still no resolution for me :( PING test on speedtest ipad app is sitting on 20% for last 3 minutes.

Glad you sorted. Hope it lasts.
