English, not so good.

Long-haul flight departures and landings at the airports listed above are permitted during the hours of the curfew. However, passengers are required to prevent a valid boarding pass if stopped by law enforcement.

Well done to the ANC who have thought of an excellent way of adding an additional R1 900 (2 x R850 covid tests) to each person's return domestic flight.

Their innovation knows no bounds. Viva!
Where does it say that.

Tests are required for international, not domestic. And I see no mention of it having to be a PCR.

The article has been edited since it was first published this morning and the Government Gazette has been corrected.

When it was first published, the following was mentioned:

"Domestic travel

A traveller must provide a valid certificate with a negative Covid-19 test outcome, recognised by the World Health Organisation or equivalent local accredited authority, obtained no more than 72 hours before the date of travel. South African authorities reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the presented certificate."

The following activities may resume at schools with spectators.

I guess the amount of spectators is increasing as spectators have been allowed, but limited to the parents.

Spectators at schools have only been allowed since Friday. Prior to that many schools were forcing parents to watch from the streets.
