Upgrade day with MTNSP!

Today I'm eligible for an upgrade on MyCall 100! Problem is.. I'm not sure who has stock of the SE W850i..... I was going to go to the Service Centre at Century City, but don't want to waste my time if they don't have the phone.

Any way I can find out who has stock???

Did you get a full pricelist? I want the price list with all the phones on all the package. Not only the Promos list.

I've tried that. Well, not a branch but 808. I'm still waiting for the e-mail.

Generally a branch or service centre seems to be more helpful than 808, not sure why, maybe they get commission if you upgrade there

I spoke to someone at Head Office about the TYTN/JASJAM. I told him that my contract is about 12-14years old and that I want the TYTN/JASJAM free on my upgrade on the PRocall 120 package. And it seems like they are looking into this for me and will let me know asap if they will be able to assist me.

That was quick. Just had a call from MTNSP. I think they call it the Retentions department or something.

I can get a R320 discount on the TYTN/JASJAM.

So lets see. R1999 - R320 = R1679.

Nah, still too much to pay for a phone.
