If you even use the pen once a month, do not switch. Rather get the P10 lite as a second phone.

I got one of those batteries and it lasted 8 months. On the 2nd 1 now. Trying to find an original.

I'm in the same boat. My contract expired in March and my Note 4 is still going strong. A better battery would certainly help. I upgraded the rom to Note7 6.0.1, so there is really nothing that this phone falls short on.

if you are considering the P10, look at the LG G6.
they are currently going for much cheaper than they were when they first launched, and on contract the G6 was much cheaper than the S8.

and if you look at reviews, you see the G6 being compared to the onplusone most often.

I have the G6, and even after all the trouble I had with the G4, the G6 is somehting I will recoomend. LG really learned form its mistakes and has made a great phone.

a friend has the P10, and honestly I think the G6 is better, the screen just feels more vibrant, and its cheaper on most contracts.

i'm on my 3rd battery with the Note 4 already. And I'm having some irritating issues now. Sim invalid a few times a week, the phone switches off if the camera is used. I think this is because the batteries going around doesn't have enough current to power the camera.

My screen is still in a great condition, however the back cover is chipped broken on 2 places.

The P10 will be an upgrade on my work package. So they will pay for it. The Note 4 will be used as a 2nd phone, or passed down to one of my kids. And their current phone will be sold.

Right. Me too (although my battery is still 100% - also, I run H-Vitamin kernel which helps battery life). I'm maybe gonna look at the 8 when it comes down in price a bit next year.

nothing wrong with the S8 (though I would reccomend the plus it feels better in hand IMHO)

but I do thing the G6 is a better buy in terms of value for money.
it has less features, but at the same time it has the same amount of USEFUL features.
the amount of times you will put your finger on the heart rate monitor when reaching for the fingerprint sensor will frustrate you.
