I have two cellphone contracts that were on upgraded from the Anytime 100 to Anytime 200 with 200Mb Data and free Sms's.
I did the upgrade on the 22nd of June.
After the new sim cards were activated the airtime value showed up (Pro Rata) but no data was added.
I queried this with the MTN Store and they said i won't get Pro Rata data and i need to wait till the 13th of July for the data to become available.
To this date i still do not have the data on either contract.
Who do i call to fix this? The MTN store is no bloody good as they just call the MTN call center anyway.
