Upgrading an existing sim-only data contract to a different type of data contract

So i have a 2GB (R99/Month) contract [ (D20ZZ) R20 DISC - (JN6) 24MTH MTN Broadband 2G] and would like to change to a data bundle based contract which i can use with the Data Share service.. is this a possible upgrade? or do i need to cancel in order to switch ??

You can only change when it's up for renewal, or they will make you pay penalties. Sometimes if you go for a greater contract they'll let it slide. Phone them.

I know it's a contradiction but they also tired of fighting if they there long enough.

Yah i know.. Now here is an amazing thing i noticed on my 24 month contract.. the cost of the contract suddenly went up at the beginning of the year in month 20 LOL.. no explanation why. <-- 24 month is binding their side too so what gives
