Upload speed faster then Download?

Why is my upload speed allways way faster then my download speed on speedtest.net ?

Willie (NSN_PartnerSupport011 )from the Cellc partner support pm'ed me about this and we did some troubleshooting. It seems to be an issue with the CellC test server. If I select any other server, I get excellent results.

Big up to Cell C and there great customer service. Did not expect one of there representatives to contact me shortly after a post on a forum. Found out that my nearest tower is only 400m away and I am downloading at over 800 Kb/s from international sites, which puts a big smile on my face. Quite refreshing service after Telkom telling me to jump in a lake after my phone like got stolen.

There definitely seems to be an issue with the Cell C test server.

CellC IT has replaced the Interface card in the speedtest.net server and it should work now better.

Please test again and place your results.

Wow maybe that is where all the people from the Cell C customer service are lurking.
I purchased the new 5 gig stick and I'm getting half a Mbps with faster upload speeds(not using Cell C's test server) http://www.speedtest.net/result/1237397356.png
I contacted cell c and after someone tried to help me he said someone would get in touch with me. I have sent Cell C so many emails and I haven't received a single one after 3 weeks!

I have never see such bad service!... they keep putting me on hold and just dropping the call, dont respond to emails to the customer support or the tell trevor and their twitter account also ignores me.. they suck big time dude...

and of the supposed 21mbps i am luck if i get 800 kbps
