Hey guys

I need some urgent advice.
I have a guy that wants to swop me his LG G3 for my Samsung A5 (2015 edition)

My question is, is it worth it? I see there is quite some development for the G3.

How is the overall build quality, SoT etc?

Can I mirror its screen to my Samsung smart tv? Im currently using the A5 everyday for that reason and would like the G3 to do it aswell.

I have never owned an LG. Your advice is appreciated.

The guy wants to swop today.

Thanks

The phone is just laying around at home. My daily driver is an iPhone 6 (dont judge. Lol) so just want something different as a secondary phone. And have never owned an LG so want to check it out.

Just make sure the G3 model that he has has an unlocked bootloader or you wont able to flash any custom roms on it.

Just saw the phone. Its in good condition but has hairline cracks at mic and IR Blaster. Very off putting. Did a bit of research and saw a lot of people have had problems with this

the G3 is a fantasitc phone.

with regard to the casting to the TV you may need an ap, but I have no idea never used that as I watch everything from the miniPC on the TV instead.

My brother has the G3 and even at almost two years old its still a competitive device. I say go for it.

I'd probably keep the A5. They're both great phones though so if you're bored of the A5, get the G3

Well, I have the budget version, the LG G3 Beat, I can stream from my phone to my Samsung smart TV.

That's a common problem. I had one with that same cracks and my wife's one is also cracked there. That doesn't mean the phone has been dropped or something.
