The might of Russia with their vast defence force and top equipment needs help by stringing in foreign mercenaries and forces from other countries.
did anyone say they need help?

or might they prefer other countries' soldiers doing their bidding as it is cheaper and politically more palatable?
didn't USA drag UK, France etc into Iraq as well, do you think they didn't have the manpower?

At least the platforms themselves are still available in the West. Russia just bans them entirely - more effective way of blocking alternative information. Which approach do you prefer?
only one side has used outright bans after 24 February 2022 and it is not Russia

they might as well, they're already facing sanctions

see how well that deterrence worked western world? :sneaky:

They must be pressured, their army is small and serve border duties. Perhaps they will send in a small SO contingency, or they also conscripted or called on reservists.

Oh yes, I forgot you don't acknowledge or believe any sources not in line with what you want to see.
would you like some citations of the west actually blocking Russian outlets? revoking press credentials?

can you provide ANY proof that Russia has done that since the invasion began?

you just described CNN and BBC etc as well

you're just too blind to see it
Oh there may be a dribble. But face it in Russia it's a mainline stream.
I subscribe, money cash, to credible news sources. Where journalists get fired and don't win Pulitzers when they write k**.
If anything on CNN or BBC corresponds to that, then I am happy. Otherwise I give it a 80/100 for likely factuality.
Even a broken clock is useful twice a day. Russian state media... You might as well use a Ouija board to know if you're getting anything resembling reality.
Definitely while Russia is involved in a conflict to the extent that it has overtly cracked down on even free speech in the street.

anyone at CNN get fired for the multi year long 24/7 Russia election hoax?
or the Iraq WMD's?

the answer is no fyi, if they fired people for that CNN would literally have to fire every employee they have

Try this:
  1. Open browser, enter google.com or whatever search engine you think isn't manipulated
  2. Type "russia has banned social media"
  3. Scroll down to a result of your choice, that has a story-line you prefer.
  4. Ignore any results that don't suit your narrative.
  5. Post chosen site here
