Anti blackness is a whole other rabbit whole you don't really want to go down. It's one of those things people dream up and make a thing out of.

But the war has brought together some strange bedfellows. Right wing siding with the remnants of communism in siding with Putin. Even here on the forum.
Almost no one is actually siding with Russia btw.... just putting that out there.

It's odd because so many people are trying to view the Ukranian/Russian issue through the lens of the current Western cultural wars.

Here is a thread that may explain it for you better than I can.

That's how sanctions applied on a national level work, you punish everyone with "collective responsibility" and try to coerce them to force the leaders (through protests, assassination, regime change, whatever) to change.

In this instance there was no grace period, it was simply people taking their frustrations out on "russians". I can understand people are angry and passionate, but it isn't justification to harm innocent people - in the example of the cargo ship, they couldn't even turn back due to lack of fuel.

This is not a Russian vs Ukrainian conflict....
How not? Since Russia INVADED UKRAINE? HUH??????
it's a Russian vs Slav conflict. And neither side is innocent.
Yeah, cause Russia also invaded the other Slavic countries like:
In total, there are more than 360 million Slavs around the world. Slavic people (Slavs) can be divided into three subgroups based upon their geographic and linguistic distribution: West Slavs (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia), East Slavs (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine), and South Slavs (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia). Countries with substantial Slavic populations, but which aren't majority Slavic countries include Germany and Denmark.

You're losing it, man

Bitching about the lack of nuanced discussion and then calling people mouth breathers? Ever thought that you might be part of the problem?

Not those that have been attacking me personally for days in this thread for days, or by calling me Alt-Right and a Trumptard (or whatever was said)?

I somehow think you are not looking at this with a neutral perspective.

These people are so small and petty they are bringing Trump into a discussion that literally has nothing to do with him. They put people in the same boxes and then make the dumbest assumptions about every statement. Then they get mad when the same logic gets applied to them. I really think there are very few adults left in the room.

So you can bring up the USA's mistakes but we can't bring up Trump's mistakes?

Impressionable 'cucks' who are anything but 'based' regardless of what they might desperately wish to claim.

So your solution to this is counter-attacking people, thus dissolving your standpoint in the process as well...?
I somehow think you are not looking at this with a neutral perspective.
And you are?

Funny how Trump ends up being so much more important to the left than to the right...... almost as if they are obsessed with him.....

Not to mention that Trump has intentionally inserted himself into the discourse
