Have they at least called a cease-fire ?
the link is english version
He said that the Russia delegation will discuss the results of Monday’s talks with the country’s leadership in the coming day, maybe, already this night. "After that, we will get back to contacts with the Ukrainian side and will be able to agree the date and time of the next round of talks," he noted, adding that if the Ukrainian side preserves the constructive approach, the second round "is not far off."

The Russian lawmaker told journalists that the ceasefire and demilitarization "were discussed, like many other" matters. "But let us now refrain from discussing concrete results, the sides need to hold consultations in the capitals," he added.

This can be stretched out over weeks, months... but to quote Tass,

Monday’s talks between Russia and Ukraine lasted for five hours. The Russian delegation includes Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko, chairman of the international committee of the Russian State Duma, or lower parliament house, Leonid Slutsky, and is led by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky.

...

Medinsky said earlier that the Russian delegation is ready to hold talks as long as it takes to reach agreements. He also noted that the meeting was postponed several times during the night and as a result it was agreed to hold it in Belarus’ Gomel region, near the border with Ukraine, as had been originally planned.

"In response to [President Vladimir] Zelensky’s proposal, Vladimir Putin is ready to send a delegation at the level of representatives of Defense Ministry, Foreign Ministry and Presidential Administration to Minsk for negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation," he noted.

Kiev suggests holding talks in Warsaw, not Minsk, then cuts off communication - Kremlin

According to the Kremlin official, this pause "has been for a rather long time"

MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. The Ukrainian side in response to an idea to hold talks in Minsk, suggested Warsaw instead and then stopped communicating, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

I can better manage their state media.

Neighbours family runs a holiday chalet complex in Lublin in Eastern Poland. The city manager asked them to send all Polish people home and prepare for refugees. The first 5 cars arrived Saturday and yesterday, most seemed to bring everything they could including dogs, cats and birds.

They can accommodate 22 families and expect to be full by the end of this week.

The niece, who runs the complex, asked my neighbour to enquire with Foreign Affairs about suitably qualified people immigrating to SA. Neighbour said they were not at all helpful.

Anyone watching the UN Emergency Special Sitting?

1:52:39 - The Austrian dude "We know this whataboutism well. Trying to justify evil with past evil. Trying to excuse yourself by pointing to the faults of others". He says just because we didn't stand up in the past, that doesn't mean we should now - start a new united era he says.
He reminds everyone that Austria is not part of any alliance - but still urges to Russia to stop.

Ayyy, cool seeing the WC Gov do this. ANC is screaming rn...

In other words, she's angry that it's only Ukraine's flag and not the Russian or...Palestinian ones as well? Huh?

If I may ask what does the whole Israel/Palestine thing (which is a topic itself entirely) have to do with Russia v Ukraine? Or is this grasping for straws by ANC/Al Jamah-ah?
The way I understand it, it is all about hypocrisy. You don't stand there and decry one situation, then completely ignore another. This is how we got here today and it needs to stop.

EDIT: Can you cite the part about the WC? Didn't read about that or what was said, been busy.

Nevermind i see it's linked in the tweet.

A Russian military convoy that was outside of Ivankiv, Ukraine, on Sunday has since made it to the outskirts of Kyiv, satellite images show.

On Sunday, the convoy was roughly 40 miles northwest of the Ukrainian capital, according to images provided by Maxar Technologies.

Maxar said that roughly 17 miles of roadway is chocked full of the convoy, which consists of armored vehicles, tanks, towed artillery and other logistical vehicles.

The private US company said the convoy was located on the T-1011 highway at Antonov air base around 11:11 a.m local time.

I don't get what your on about, from the initial mention of talks the decision on "where" got changed around a few times till they finally agreed on a "where".
That happened 25th onwards.
