It is not clear how the thumb-and-forefinger 'OK' hand gesture became associated with "white power".

Maybe its meant to say its perfectly OK to be white..?

No, but using a serious broadcast to take to try and troll people isn't the best way to endear yourself to your employer - can you imagine someone being disciplined if they did that behind the back of a CEO giving a presentation to investors?

Just for clarity,

I have no issue with him being disciplined for his antics. I doubt anyone does. It's the punishment and how it was brought about to be an issue I have an issue with. It only became an issue when a white guilt lady took to twitter about it indicating that it's a racist signal.

It's then safe to assume if it wasn't for her and other white guilt libtards, this would never have broken the headlines and nothing would have come of it. That I have an issue with.
