Harvard Law Professor Hits Donald Trump With The Cold Truth: ‘You Are A Loser’

Harvard constitutional law professor Laurence Tribe on Tuesday condemned President Donald Trump’s futile bid to overturn the 2020 election result.

“Mr. Trump, you have lost,” Tribe said on CNN’s “Outfront” after the Supreme Court dismissed a Republican attempt to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s win in the state.

“You’ve got to move on,” the commentator continued, noting that the United States needs to focus on things like the coronavirus pandemic and national security, not litigating the election.

Tribe asked Trump to “stop undermining democracy” and accused him of “trying to sow chaos” with his multiple lawsuits challenging the outcome of the vote.

“You’re not going to get anywhere with these ludicrous efforts to overturn the election and to engineer a coup,” he added. “You are a loser.”

This is just more skeptardery. Since you don't have any of your own opinions to put forward, discussing the matter with you is a waste of time.
I mean its like you an Gnarls about the "statistical anomalies".

You allege there are anomalies. When asked why these so called obvious anomalies have not yet been presented in court yet, the answer is, well it takes time to process the data.

Fair enough ... but how do you know there are anomalies, if the data is still being processed?

If the data is still being processed, how can you possibly know there is an anomaly, if you have no data showing the anomaly?

If you can, as you claim to see the anomaly, then you have the data. So why has it not been presented in court yet?

Pretzel logic.

That is why many of the court cases have failed.

Yeah so what, this isnt abnormal? I hope Joe appoints him to a cabinet position in the coming days.
Hehe. I get that you're probably being a tad facetious, but personally I think a soft rule should be to not involve family, friends and business partners at all in one's cabinet and advisors.
So easy. So "profound".
Nobody honest loses. Life goes on. No mess no fuss. Oh blah di, oh blah da.

Ah, one of their very finest..

Except that's not what you're doing. You're shooting your mouth off after admitting that you're too ignorant to justify your own opinions. I wouldn't go about name-dropping Dunning-Kruger right now if I were you.

And also, skeptardery doesn't imply retardedness.

Your behaviour right now is basically the textbook form of it. :)
Unless you have a legal qualification from the USA, relevant to the matter, you are ignorant.

Admitting ignorance and trusting expert opinion is why pilots fly planes and surgeons do surgery, instead of someone who used google.

Apparently Trump asked Ted Cruz to present arguments in the Texas lawsuit if it goes to the Supreme Court, and Cruz agreed.

According to lawyer George Conway however, there won't be any oral arguments in court because the case seeks an emergency order and such cases are not argued in court.

I guess the reason why Trump has clueless people like Giuliani, Ellis and Cruz representing him, is because competetent lawyers with self respect won't take on these cases.

In this case, I think it is intentional. Aim is to collect as much money as possible from redneck clan and if you can cast doubt on the entire process on the side, that is super bonus.

Great plan although I am sure this is going to be a mission considering party atmosphere at WH these days.

Acording to Seth Meyers, Biden will also have to have all the curtains washed because Trump is apparently in the habit of using them as napkins when eating McDonald's. One might think that this was a joke, but I'm not sure.

Lovely to see one of the unofficial arms of the Democratic Party collapsing due to all the usual issues in grassroots organisations - a lust for power, gobbling up resources & money etc. Of course, the chief organisers have largely stolen all the money, you didn't really expect all the money donated to actually go to the grassroots organisations?
