So it would need to be brought to a court, examined and if the court judges reasonable grounds are present for such an audit to take place,they cam order it.

Kemp knows this. He has faced so much heat from Trump, so needs to deflect some of it, in the current style of how things are going, just throw stuff at walls and wait it out.

As much as I detest tax increases, do you know how much money $400k per year is? I'd be surprised if more than 1 percent of Americans earn that per year. It's also inequitable that capital gains tax (which favours people with money) is lower than income tax. Having said that, my big idea (not original of course) is to eliminate payroll tax entirely and rather introduce a financial transactions tax. You are not middle class if you are earning more $400k in the US...you are extremely rich. I'd be against tax rises for the $50-$200k band though...that'd capture more of the middle class.

Corporate tax rate was 35 percent before Trump lowered it to 21 percent, so Biden is only increasing it to half of what it was.

Okay, so basically you are complaining about...?

Kemp shouldn't be making such calls in public? The fact that he's making such calls in public doesn't add pressure on to the SOS to actually make the call?

The quote you are citing doesn't justify the interpretation you've taken it to mean. So in other words, you can't show that Kemp is in fact mistaken.

Reagan was just as bad as Trump as far as the politics are concerned. He was just able to speak better - Probably because he was a real actor.

The moment government by the people, for the people stands aside - Corporations will rule.
They're already politically intertwined enough as it is. To a distressing degree in the US.
The moment the Republicans get their way - Completely - The constitution will be rolled into a cigar, and the biggest corps will pass it around for a smoke and a giggle.
