Rudy Giuliani in Georgetown University Hospital after COVID-19 diagnosis

Rudy-Giuliani-3.jpg

President Donald Trump announced on Twitter Sunday afternoon that Rudy Giuliani, 76, has tested positive for the coronavirus. CNN is now reporting that Giuliani is in Georgetown University Hospital in downtown Washington, D.C., after the announcement of his diagnosis.

It was mere hours after Giuliani appeared tired and subdued in a Fox News appearance Sunday morning. Two hours after Trump’s tweet, CNN revealed Giuliani was in the hospital.

Dr. Ashish Jha told Wolf Blitzer that typically, when people are diagnosed with the virus, they have a few days at home before it firmly takes hold, and they end up in the hospital. It prompted him to wonder when Giuliani actually got the virus and if he’s been spreading it across the United States as he’s hosted mock election hearings.

During the report, CNN showed footage of Giuliani hugging people without a mask while in the Georgia state capitol.

The story is still developing.

Attorney General Bill Barr may be out by the end of the year

attorney-general-bill-barr.jpg

President Donald Trump has been at odds with his attorney general as he continues his crusade to overturn the 2020 election. Their problems may be significant enough to send Bill Barr running for the hills, the New York Times reported.

Trump, who has lashed out at Republican officials in Arizona and Georgia, has called the election “rigged,” believing falsely that there was extensive voter fraud. Trump even personally called Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA), telling him that he must change the election results.

Last week, however, Barr threw a wrench in Trump’s campaign to change the results by announcing that the Justice Department has looked through all accusations of voter fraud and found no widespread efforts, by anyone, to rig the election.

It’s unknown if Barr’s consideration has anything to do with Trump’s fight over the recent announcement and Trump’s resistance to concede the election. One source from the Times said that Barr has been thinking about leaving before last week.

Like Trump, Barr has just 45 days until the new administration takes over, meaning Trump would have to find someone he could appoint to serve as acting attorney general in the final month. While Rudy Giuliani would be a top favorite of the president’s he was just taken to Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. with the coronavirus.

In the past, once Trump has heard that a Cabinet official is thinking about leaving, he went ahead and announces that they’re out. In the case of Secretary Mark Esper, it was reported that he had a letter of resignation ready. Days after the report, Trump fired Esper on Twitter.

Looks like the man in the wings with the long cane has finally hooked Rudy off stage.
It's finally sunk in just what a liability he is to the Trump sedition attempt.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA these thread titles and Biden's current title, President-Elect Biden, stings all Trumptards.

Fox News’ Chris Wallace Schools Health Boss Azar On Joe Biden’s Correct Title

Alex Azar, secretary of health and human services, referred to “Vice President Joe Biden” as he defended Donald Trump’s maskless behavior.

“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace pointedly corrected Secretary Alex Azar — three times — on Joe Biden’s correct title. It’s “president-elect, sir,” Wallace told the health and human services secretary when Azar referred to Biden as a “vice president.”

Azar’s title demotion came as the two discussed cases of COVID-19 skyrocketing to record highs amid inaction by President Donald Trump and his administration in addressing the pandemic that has claimed 282,000 American lives. Wallace referred to the surging problem as a “massive failure” by Trump.

Wallace asked Azar if the nation would be in “much better shape” had Trump begun wearing a mask in April as has Biden, who also plans to urge Americans to do so for 100 days after he takes office.

Azar responded, “Well, Chris, I welcome Vice President Biden to the club. Since the middle of April the president’s guidelines for reopening have called [for wearing] masks.”

That’s when Wallace interrupted: “He’s the president-elect, sir. He’s the president-elect.”

Azar ignored the correction and said that Trump (once) called wearing masks “patriotic acts” — though he is almost never seen wearing one himself. Trump has also organized several campaign rallies where masses of people packed together and few wore masks. He has never been heard encouraging them to do so and once ordered a reporter to remove his mask.

“Please, wear a mask when you can’t engage in social distancing,” Azar urged on Fox.

Wallace again reminded Azar, “First of all, it’s the president-elect, Joe Biden, Secretary Azar.”

Yet you are silent about the Democrat politicians who are stealing huge amounts of money and sending it to their family members.
It's so funny how you project like this. Because you would be stealing the money in this situation or because the politicians you support steal money this way you just naturally jump to the conclusion that Omar must also be stealing money. Despite no evidence whatsoever that this is the case. There is no evidence at all that she, or her husband, received any profit beyond his salary at the firm, from the consulting provided by them. She even went so far as to terminate the contract with the company, to ensure once and for all that there is no perceived conflict of interest. Imagine someone like Trump taking those measures. Stop using his family businesses, hotels, etc to ensure no conflict of interest... would never happen, would it? Because he actually is enriching his family. Bigly
