That laughing emoji is me, laughing at you, thinking that the Texas AG case has any merit what so ever. It has no merit and will not see the SCOTUS.

Oh that reminds me, this is the Texas AG who is currently indicted on felony charges for securities fraud.

Friend Buka here has heard all the arguments. I'd prefer to wait on the courts. Remember kids, past performance is no guarantee of future success or failure.

Sure.

Can you explain why Kyle Hawkins, the Texas Solicitor General, who represents Texas in front of SCOTUS is not mentioned or involved?

It is a stunt.

Compare notes in 6 months time when it reaches SCOTUS?

Tell me what you think will happen with the Texas case?

We will compare notes after?
I'm with Gnarls, I'd much rather wait and see. We have already established that your understanding of law is repeating verbatim what some "authority" figure you trust has to say, which means basically you have no idea what you're talking about. To the degree I want to have an actual discussion about the various strengths of the cases, I'd rather just take it up with your sources.

Former Proud Boys lawyer tried to join neo-Nazi gang — but got turned away for being a ‘huge liability’

Texas attorney Jason Lee Van Dyke

Newly leaked phone call recordings show that a former attorney for the far-right Proud Boys gang tried to join a neo-Nazi gang but got turned down for being a “huge liability.”

Vice News reports that Texas-based attorney Jason Lee Van Dyke last year contacted the leaders of a white nationalist gang called The Base and asked if he could join them.

According to Vice, Van Dyke called The Base leaders using the pseudonym “John Lee” and proceeded to outline why the Proud Boys were no longer extreme enough for his tastes.

“There’re plenty of people in the Proud Boys who don’t believe that Jews have a place in this country and they want to put a stop to it,” he explained to his fellow white nationalists. “And whenever someone talks about doing something, they’re immediately shut down or banned from the band, from the group, because, you know, the boys don’t want to have that image.”

While The Base leaders initially thought Van Dyke would make a good recruit, they quickly soured on him after reaching out to a Proud Boys member who gave him a negative performance review.

“The same Proud Boy went on to denigrate Van Dyke because he ‘got kicked out’ after allegedly doxxing members of the group and getting arrested for ‘trying to fake a robbery against himself,'” reports Vice.

Farking hell mate, why don't you just decide based on the merits of the case?

You geniuses have no idea how stupid you make yourselves look every time you try to dismiss indisputable footage and evidence by discrediting the source who happens to be reporting it. Don't let me get in the way of your delusions and denial though.
do you know how stupid you sound.

This was from his own lawyers

Fox News first argues that, viewed in context, Mr. Carlson cannot be understood to have been stating facts, but instead that he was delivering an opinion using hyperbole for effect.

His..very.....own....lawyers....in ......a....... court....... room

New York’s attorney general tells The View how Trump will try to ‘avoid justice’ — but he won’t get away with it

Screen-Shot-2020-12-08-at-12.15.30-PM-768x413.png

New York Attorney General Letitia James is hot on the heels of President Donald Trump and his family, and she told “The View” that pardons won’t protect them.

The attorney general’s office has been investigating the Trump Organization after the president’s former lawyer Michael Cohen testified before Congress, and James vowed that process would continue no matter how Trump’s election challenges play out.

“The fact that Mr. Trump is the president of the United States really has no bearing on our investigation, James said. “In fact, the election has no bearing on our investigation. We’ll continue our investigation whether he’s president or not.”

Xarog still double teaming in this thread, I see.
Personally, I don't think this is Xarog

Captain Obvious maybe as his quip is very similar but this one seems absolutely void of any functioning cells in the cranium

Somehow you still aren't following... But that's not totally unexpected given what and who you believe over your own eyes and brain.

I couldn't care less who reports video footage, as long as the video footage has not been edited and is not out of context. It could have come from The f@#king Babylon Bee for all I care.
