US Supreme Court denies injunction in the Pennsylvania election results case

Justice-Samuel-Alito.png

The United States Supreme Court is refusing to intervene on a petition for injunctive relief relating to the Pennsylvania election results.

The news came Tuesday afternoon after Justice Samuel Alito requested Pennsylvania file a brief on the matter. The state urged the court not to involve itself in President Donald Trump’s election nonsense.

Hmm this seems bad for Trump? Is it bad?

Well anyway I'm just so relieved that Gnarls didn't have to wait long to have the merits of the case determined and ruled on. Copium can now be administered as per surgeon general's guidelines.
LOL.

Seems less than ideal, yes.

I'm sure I was told

"this isn't 5D chess, it's as obvious as your nose on your face"
"lose in the lower courts to get to the SC, 'cos that's the route duh!"
"wait till we get to the Supreme Court"

and so on, and so forth....

So,

1-50 in the League now, and
0-1 in the Champions League

Ai, and we're nearly into extra time too...

I included standing yes, but I specifically asked about merit, you dishonest clown.
Your framing is what is dishonest. A perfectly meritorious case could be brought before the courts by a party without legal standing, why insert it at all if your interests in the merits was sincere?

And yeah, totally telling that you don't want to "inform" us what you think the merits are. Because on the merits it's complete tripe.
I actually outlined what I regard the merits to be to some degree to Buka yesterday. You won't have to sift through too many posts if your interest in genuine. ;)

Again, a vacuous claim regarding the merits which doesn't actually mention the specifics of the merits, is worth zilch.
