White people move in = gentrification = racist.

Zoning laws are stupid though. They are directly responsible for the mess in San Francisco. The people in the suburbs want their single-family dwelling areas. The progressives want rent control on any new building and require mandatory affordable housing in all new developments, thus making any new development prohibitively expensive. And the environmentalists have prevented the suburbs from expanding into the countryside.

This is a really frustrating video to watch. But it covers the problem really well.

I suggest that you go on a walkabout in the wilderness, then come back with new exciting ideas about how to play your game of being as racist as possible on the internet without crossing the line but getting as close to it as possible.
