The justice department turns a blind eye too these violations of the act. This is an exact opposite of the principle of nobody being above the law.

If that isn't a threat to democracy (those in power ignoring the laws of the country) then I don't know what is.

This is exactly why we have democracy. So that the people can choose who they think is best. The only thing that can be seen as a threat to democracy is the Democrat's attempt to cheat with mail in voting.

Elizabeth Neumann, who served in the department until April of this year, cited the rise of white supremacy under Trump as well as the president’s failures in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.
