Anti retrovirals and chemo and so on ARE toxic and can kill even perfectly healthy people though.....
Anything is possible. It certainly looks like you hold a prominent position in government medical sector.

They would be able to fix it quite easily by doing the following.
1) Rule that your marriage equality doesn't overrule the right to private property and freedom of speech.

How does marriage equality affect freedom of speech? You can speak against it
As for private property, I presume you mean right to refuse service?
Freedom of speech also protects against compelled speech. Forcing someone to make a cake with a statement on it that they disagree with is compelled speech.

It isn't a "right" to refuse service. It is the right to be able to do whatever you want on your own property. All the tolerant progressives here all love it when someone with political views that are slightly to the right of Mao gets banned from social media. That is the exercise of private property.

2) Allow public marriage officials to recuse themselves from doing a marriage provided they organise someone else to do it.

They can already ask their colleague to step in.
They are not.

Kim Davis stopped her subordinates from stepping in.
She refused that her office sign off.
If she didn't do that, her case would not have made it to the courts.
It was a small town.

You are on the correct path, unlike Kieppie and jabulani, who are completely lost in the wilderness
If lost in the wilderness means going on data put out by the relevant parties , I'm here next to 2500 year old redwoods with Bigfoot.

Sorry, but you are wrong. You can die due to the complication from Covid without underlying conditions. That is what is referred to as "pure Covid", but this percentage is relatively small (6%). This as opposed to aids which put simplistically undermines your immune system.

So, libtards - after complete annihilation of Biden, are you looking forward to super annihilation of Ms Harris by the Mother of all debates, the inimitable interlocutor Pence ?

She’s bringing Jamie Harrison’s plexiglass screen, right?

Color me intrigued - what is pure covid, and how does one die from “pure“ covid?
In the same way that it's not a gun that kills you but instead lack of oxygen to the brain caused by bleeding out or organ failure.

I mean you can't blame the gun that you have a pre-existing co-morbidity of your brain requiring an oxygen supply to survive. That is all on you.

The moral of the story is that Jabu is nothing more than a parody account.

That would be a cool story bro..... if you used an actual co-morbidity.

Well done on ignoring what was said by using a flawed analogy.
It's funny that Jabu's paradoy account is still more truthful than yours

You are wrong sir.

The principle is that you cannot refuse a service that you regularly provide based on BS reasons. That is a very different concept to a state representative physically forcing somebody to do something.

If you are not capable of providing the service without being a p**s then you don't get to provide it to anyone.

Actually in SA there was the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever.... the ANC changed that.

The US similarly had that right in the past but at some point it was revoked.

You are referring to the principles that drove Apartheid and Segregation. There are some pretty compelling arguments as to why they needed to be revoked but I'm not confident that you could ever understand them without having any sense of humanity.

No I am referring to a blanket rule for everyone totally disconnected from race specifically. If someone wore a pink spotted shirt for example service could be refused on that basis alone if the proprieter had a hatered of such fashion.

but I'm not confident that you could ever understand them without having any sense of humanity.
The irony of that statement made by a barely kept in check genocidal maniac seems lost....

How is it flawed?

Someone with cancer, on his last legs gets shot, do we say he dies of cancer?

More truthful??????? Lol.

Jabu is the holocaust denier in chief on this forum.
