You're also getting a little closer.No. Mentioned does not mean "We just didn't put anything else down". That is your interpretation of it. It could be either an unknown underlying factor or just the disease itself.
If the virus does sufficient damage to the respiratory system and your body does not fight it correctly you will die. You don't need a co-morbidity. Otherwise you'll have to start claiming no one has ever died of just the flu

Yeah what a wonderful argument. Socialism in action. The way you deal with poor people is simply to kill them.
That's strange, it's not a pay walled article. It's pay walled on my end, does it say she has covid in there?
If you want to look at it like that then no illness actually kills you. It's the secondary effects. You're also getting a little closer.
One usually dies as a result of coronany or respiratory failure as a result of covid infection.
One does not die of covid.
Covid would be the underlying cause of coronary or respiratory failure

Like a moth to the flame
What formal medical qualifications and clinical experience do you have?If you want to look at it like that then no illness actually kills you. It's the secondary effects.
If the virus causes the effect, which was not there before the virus, then that virus is the cause. The means by which the virus achieves this is not relevant. Which is why the Flu can be listed as cause of death
"For instance, the virus can directly cause death, Dr. Amesh Adalja, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in Baltimore, told Live Science in 2016. This occurs when the flu virus causes such overwhelming inflammation in a person's lungs that they die due to respiratory failure. Severe damage to the lungs makes it impossible for enough oxygen to pass through the lung tissue into the blood, leading to death. "
They don't say it's the underlying cause. they say it is THE cause. So please drop the semantic games.

Well I quoted a senior scholar at John Hopkins for you and you're asking me about my qualifications? Should I say expert in comprehension? What formal medical qualifications and clinical experience do you have?
Yea, I'm not so sure about your expertiseWell I quoted a senior scholar at John Hopkins for you and you're asking me about my qualifications? Should I say expert in comprehension?
What does that then say about yours?Yea, I'm not so sure about your expertise
Provide a link to "pure covid" pls , and let me know how one dies from "pure covid"What does that then say about yours?
And don't dodge the paragraph from the actual doctor. Just admit you're wrong and we can move on to other topics.
With flu patients that are so far gone they need a ventilator, the rule of thumb has become: once he goes on the ventilator he never goes off the ventilator. This is true because of the damage the machine does to the lungs, the only way forward becomes a lung transplant.
