Biden does not have dementia. Dementia is a serious condition that affects all aspects of the patient's life. Dementia patients can't take basic care of themselves. Watch some YouTube interviews with dementia patients to see what the condition is really like. People throw the diagnosis around very casually without realising how serious it is.

Quite simply, the dementia thing is a smear that was started by Trump, the same man who mocks disabled people, because that's how he goes after his opponents. You often claim not to be a Trump supporter, yet you play the same dirty games that he does when claiming that Biden has dementia when he clearly does not. Tell me, did you also enjoy it when Trump mocked that disabled reporter?

That's the point: Biden has been known for his gaffes since at least 2008. People claim he has dementia because of these gaffes. Dementia is a progressive disease. What he has, is not dementia. If it were dementia, he'd be in a far worse condition by now.

By the way, the symptoms of dementia include things like balance problems and mood swings, both of which Trump clearly have (and I'm not claiming that Trump has dementia), but neither of which Biden seems to have.

Also by the way, there are many clips of Trump losing his words midway through a sentence, which happens to all people who speak a lot and are tired because of their busy schedules. This is not evidence of dementia. Remember when Trump said "sock rocket" for "stock market" or when he repeatedly said "oranges" for "origins"?

The dementia smear is something that was started by Trump, the same man who mocked a disabled reporter, as a means to try to discredit his opponent. It is no more than that. Biden does not have dementia.

That aside, why are you being wilfully untruthful in simply assuming I have claimed Biden has dementia - or do you usually simply make sweeping assumptions?

Quite frankly, from time to time I am here merely out of boredom to wallow in the swamp of hypocrisy that defines this thread.

As for the disabled reporter, should the truth be told, I'm not particularly interested in trump or what he does, I don't sit at the edge of my seat to be ready to come breathlessly rushing in to announce the latest cockup made by trump or Biden, although I will admit to having a morbid curiosity when it comes to that Pelosi lunatic.

As for the thread itself, I get the distinct impression the "conservatives" here for the most part are simply trolling the progressives and liberals - for schits and giggles, primarily due to the ease in causing indignation and hysteria in a group bent on claiming both the intellectual and moral higher ground.

If these verbal gaffes, which are now being viewed by his opponents as dementia, were dementia, then it means he's had dementia since at least 2008, and the point is, if that were the case, he'd be in far worse condition now than he is. It cannot be dementia.

I think Biden has slowed down since let's say 10 years ago. He doesn't have the same sharpness and wit that he used to. It is not equivalent to dementia. I see absolutely zero evidence that he has dementia, and I don't think he would be running for president if he knew he was going senile. Physically he is MUCH more active and fit than Trump, and there's also a strong connection between physical and mental health. He runs and cycles and travels the country while Trump gets scared going down a slope.

In my opinion the videos that claim to show Biden having dementia are just doctored, it's no different to the awful "Hillary is having seizures" or "Michelle is a transvestite" crap that was shoveled on Facebook 4 years ago to fool gullible rubes.
