Actually, it's acting like almost every seasonal virus out there. Warm summer months show low infection rates and then as the weather gets cooler the infection rates increase. Hence the northern hemisphere is taking a beating while countries in the southern hemisphere are slowing down. Countries with authoritarian governments are doing a bit better as the people mostly do what they are told.

Yet we have massive increases in cases right now going into summer.

While it's true that people get the flu going into winter because the temperature drop weakens the immune system, Covid immunity is not wide spread enough yet for weather to have a significant impact. Whether you are exposed to Coronavirus in winter or summer doesn't really matter. The fact that it is much more contagious than the flu mitigates most of the seasonal influence. Social distancing and wearing masks has a massively bigger impact than temperature.

And in concert with that, there are only 3 or so lawsuits by the trump team itself (not the 10-20 that the media claims it is) and the one that was dropped was only dropped because it was considered redundant.

Giuliani was straight up lying through his teeth when he denied that they were losing cases and said that Trump only filed 3 lawsuits under his name. First of all I can find at least 8 cases filed in Trumps name after the election (there's more of the same filed before the election as well):

Also, most of the other cases that do not have Trumps name on them were filed by his campaign manager, people close to him or have been filed in other people's names but are/were being litigated by Trump's lawyers or the republican party under direction of Trump.

I even read a statement by one of Trumps lawyers in court saying that they are willing to add Trump to the list of plaintiffs when responding to a judge asking why the case (in highly unusual fashion) is being pursued by Trump under someone else's name.

Giuliani and Co. are a bunch of lying nut-jobs weaving a tale of fantasy. Don't believe a word out of their mouths.
