As I said before, clearly they have the real geniuses in the campaign to invalidate this election.

While trying to allege fraud in Michigan, they got confused with the state of Minnesota and used the populations from Minnesota to allege discrepancies in Michigan's vote.

I was looking at old replies to my comments and this little gem caught my eye...

They represent this data as if it is black box recordings straight from the counting machines. It's not.

It's not even directly from Edison. It's the NYT's log of data received from Edison.

Edison provides 3rd party intermediate data services during elections. In entry as well as exit polling, and a best effort vote count service. Most of these services it has a long standing exclusive license for.
For vote counts they rely on multiple sources which may or may not concur at any given time, and is thus subject to change as said sources increase the resolution of their own data.
They do this in collaboration with many partners. You can read about it for example here...

This is not "counting machine black box" data!
Only a minority of counties even transmit unofficial (which has to be stressed) electronic counts in real time. Most counties transfer such data from the machines using physical mediums such as memory sticks.

Edison President Larry Rosin wrote that “we have no evidence of any voter fraud,” and that he pretty much has no idea what the purported analysis is referring to. Because the article from your try-hard spam site is showing NYT data I would venture a guess, and because said data is not final, official, certified results from state-side, and the counties.

In the end the only truly reliable data is the final certified data from the counting centres themselves, and then the states after they have done their own validation.

Edit: Really... If this type of analysis is their "Kraken" then Trump and co needs to get good, and learn to think rationally for a change. At the very least it would help if they stopped glomping onto every little rumour that is spread by the rumour mill, and do some goddamned proper investigation for themselves for a change. There's freaking highly qualified people who can help with that. They don't have to rely on Billy the latest rumour mill sensation, who's trying his darnedest to get some likes so that he can move out of the room at his parents' house, 's fake news site. It freaking infuriates me that all this drama could very well originate from crap like this! Kraken??? More like a freaking piece of mouldy calamari.

It is when the decision wasn't made by choice where abortion starts being justifiable.
Take your distorted, amoral and highly suspect OT opinions somewhere else please.

This thread is for pointing and laughing at conservatives, republicans and trumpfans.

Before that it was primarily for pointing and laughing at libtards
Well... sure.

But that's what happens when you have a group of like-minded, racist, luddites clapping each other on the back over how conservative, terrified of change and deluded they are all gathered together in their safe spaces.

A lawyer is obliged to present the best possible case on behalf of their clients. It's easy money for him.
Based on his success he will either catch a shine from future clients, or not. He's charging especially handsomely, so maybe he has plans to retire after this. We can all hope.

That said... That circus was apparently the best possible case he could present. Even outside of a court, where he would be held, harshly, to a much higher, possibly career ending, standard.

That says a lot.

It is always up to a woman's decision. The decision I am talking about is the decision that a woman makes to have sex with a man. Once she makes that decision, she is bound by any consequences that arise from said decision.
This is the same rule that applies to men. If a man decides to have sex with a woman, it is perfectly fair to expect him to pay for any child that results from his actions.

And society actually does give woman an out after that, it is perfectly legal to give a child up for adoption if she doesn't want it. That is a privilege that isn't granted to men with regards to the paying for the upkeep of said child.

It is when the decision wasn't made by choice where abortion starts being justifiable. Rape for example is not someone choice, hence holding them bound by its consequences is wrong. Same thing if there is danger to the mother's life.
First, no it isn't... Remember when we were talking about Alabama Republicans passing a bill to ban abotrions, in essence to get the case in front of the SC? Yeah, well they figured rape wasn't a reason for an abortion, nor was incest and the woman had *no* choice in the matter.

Your first and third point kinda fall flat.

Second, Jesus, the piety of hanging a lifetime of 'consequence' *all* on a decision a woman makes in the moment, while giving the man a hall-pass when it comes to contraception in that same moment is breathtaking.

I told rietrot he was setting traps to keep folk in a lower economic caste yesterday... You're doing the same, except for women.
