3 boy scouts save trump's life. Grateful, trump thanks the boys and says he will grant them whatever they would like as a reward.
The first boy says, "I would like to be admitted to West Point, because you can only be admitted by congressional appointment." trump says, "DONE".
The second boy asks, "Can I be admitted to Annapolis?" to which trump, again, says, "DONE".
The third boy, looking down at the ground says that he would like to be buried in Arlington Cemetery to which trump exclaims, "WHY would you want to be buried there?", the boy replies, "'cause when my dad finds out that I saved your life, he is going to kill me."

Like the sort of analysis or arguments you never engage in yourself?
Nice assumption you have, only proves my point. You are fast to attack me rather than what I say.

Whenever someone obviously is arguing on citations alone I don't bother to play their stupid little mine is bigger than yours game. Half the time I completely ignore sources anyway and only do analysis. Actual thinking is superior to mere regurgitation.

As stated before, I have been down the ad homonym road before and won't go down it again. And no saying a specific outlet has a habit of lying and thus their content is not to be trusted is not an ad homonym attack. Habitual liars are never to be trusted with anything.

I always stay away where possible from dishonest sources, that much at least I can say. There is no such thing as a good lie. An yes this includes the obvious fraud that is Fox. I have no idea what the character of Newsmax is but it does not look particularly good so far.

If someone actually approaches me for honest argument without the intention of browbeating me I honestly engage with that someone. Hoever if that someone is a a-hole that thinks he/she is superior to me in some way I am more prone to just tell them what I think of them wash my hands of them. There is simply no point in arguing with an a-hole and frankly as much of an a-hole as you can be I wonder why I even bother to take you as seriously as I do.

Come now, numnuts, try understand what you quoted.

Today you get people flying from/to places that could be connected by high speed rail, in USA examples would be like Washington DC - New York or LA - San Francisco - San Diego. What is being said that when/if a high speed line connects those places there would be no need for air links between them.

It's surely not that difficult for an "adult" like you to understand, is it?
He wants to be, no needs to be, upset by her, so if reality won't do, he'll make up reasons.

You're talking to people who believe whatever fantasy they are told by the corrupt left and dishonest media. You're wasting your time trying to use facts and reason here. You assume they have some idea of what they are talking about, but they have simply been told what to believe. They assume you believe what you have been told by some "trusted source", because they couldn't imagine the possibility of someone having understanding and using reasoning to reach their own conclusion.

They have been conditioned to be climate alarmists by years of media narratives based on deceptive partisan studies and cherry picked data. Those who have an agenda have shown they will rewrite climate history if necessary to have the propaganda needed to push insane policies.

In reality, every single climate issue is both terribly misrepresented to the public, and the proposed solutions are usually worse than the current situation, for reasons that are less obvious and can therefore be ignored by advocates. To be fair, you can't expect the average person to actually research and understand the history of climate change and modern climate science, let alone production of technology, supply chains and related economics.

They are neither familiar with anything related to the topics, that they are feel compelled to advocate for, nor do they have any intention of ever learning and understanding anything related to them. Especially since that would risk acknowledging facts which may conflict with their ideology. Being told that they will be doing good by supporting these things is enough.

It doesn't matter if the outcome will be substantially worse by every possible metric, as long as you never think about whether you will be doing good, and not just feeling good about what you are doing.

Money is a huge factor, but it's far from the only one that is preventing their socialist clean green utopia. Anyone who understands the materials and manufacturing processes involved in the technology they want to use to "save the world", knows that every plan they propose is an insane fantasy with no basis in reality. It's obvious that the activists who put together these plans have absolutely no idea how anything is made in the real world.

I wouldn't even know where to start with explaining how many different huge problems there are, at all stages of production, in order to be just able to generate clean electricity. The green house gasses produced by all stages of manufacturing the parts needed for so called "clean generation" like solar and wind turbines, can end up causing more pollution than if you just generated the power with the latest generation of clean coal power plants. Those parts also need to be replaced more frequently than you realize, and the waste produced by them cannot be recycled, which is a whole separate environmental issue.

Everything in the real world is a million times more complicated, but that won't stop activists and advocates from oversimplifying things to suit their agenda.
Does anyone read this guys crap? Besides for the lolz of course.

You talk a good game about your honest intentions in general terms but when someone calls you out on something controversial that you state as fact you seldom if ever provide anything remotely resembling regarding actual analysis or argument, source backed or otherwise, You say outrageous things, stated as plain fact and them claim persecution when people ask you to back up what you say.

You clearly have an ability to write decent explanations as shown by the above, however you seem to reserve most of them to talking in general terms about your views, and about how thoughtful and analytical you are without ever sharing the though process which leads you to make some pretty radical statements.

And then you resort to name calling at the end, so yeah, your so called honest intentions aren't quite all that. And I didn't attack you, I was specifically referencing to an earlier point that you made and then refused to back up or even provide analysis of why you thought that way, but yeah, carry on with the "woe is me" persecution complex.

The fossil fuel industry is not completely reliant on cars and our energy demands will remain high because traditionalists refuse to adopt a rational, responsible, approach to breeding or progress.

Breeding? That's interesting statement. Are you aware that the birth rates for most developed countries is near, or below, the replacement rate? In fact, one of the reasons why mass immigration is encouraged is because the "native" populations aren't breeding fast enough to replace themselves.

Seems you're the one that's behind the 8 ball, Xarog. It's been clear and pointed out for a very long time that Trumpism is a cult of personality. Devotion to the Dear Leader is all that matters.
None so blind as those who do not wish to see. It's actually kind of sad. You could kill Trump tomorrow and the spirit of MAGA would live on, in much the same way that crucifixion did fokol to stop the cult of personality that arose around Jesus. The political platform is bigger than the man, lol.

Smoke and mirrors... Fake legislative hearing.

Trump slammed by Pennsylvania’s AG for his ‘devoid of reality’ outburst during GOP’s ‘fake hearing’

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro blasted Donald Trump on Wednesday after the president insisted that he had won the state “by a lot.”

Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania held a hearing with Rudy Giuliani at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg to cast doubt on the results of the 2020 election. Trump phoned into the meeting to demand that election officials “turn over the results” of the election because of alleged voter fraud.

“The sitting president’s remarks today were devoid of reality,” Shapiro wrote on Twitter.

“The election is over. Pennsylvania has certified results & declared Joe Biden the winner of our Commonwealth.”

“Lying through a cell phone at a fake hearing changes nothing,” Shapiro added.

This is going to get confusing if you start using 2 clones at the same time Captain X.
