Did you not read the link? This information was released on November 3rd, 2020. I have no idea what the justice department website does or does not say, I only know what information was provided because of legally binding FOIA requests. And the new information shows that the Mueller team tried to nail Assange and Stone, but that there was a lack of evidence. "The most fundamental hurdles were factual ones". If the facts don't support your theory, then it's just speculation.
Typical dishonesty from Tracy. The lack of evidence was for prosecuting them for participating in the hack itself. I don't recall anyone claiming they did, but made sense to investigate.

Sheesh dude.
Nothing in your links says Russia wasn't responsible for the hacks. It still maintains that. It is just that they can't prove wikileaks weren't just mere conduits for disseminating the info. There's no proof they were party to the hacks. Not sure why you and zerohedge think this "revelations" somehow means Russia are now home free.

It still says this in your link:
"While the investigation developed evidence that the GRU’s hacking efforts in fact were continuing at least at the time of the July 2016 WikiLeaks dissemination," a newly unredacted section of the report reads, prosecutors "did not develop sufficient admissible evidence that WikiLeaks knew of — or even was willfully blind to — that fact."

"Someone hacked the server with malware and the traces are consistent with malware Russians have used" is all you've got to float your precious little conspiracy theory. It's conjecture presented as fact.

Don't lose hope young padawan. Trust Amy. She was put there for a reason.

She is the reason why you are seeing this result:
The justices declined to put a hold on a state Supreme Court ruling that said ballots arriving as late as 5 p.m. on the Friday after the election must be counted, unless there's evidence that a ballot was mailed after Election Day.

That being said, the ballots that were received after election day are being segregated from the votes that were not for the inevitable court case on this.
