Trial by media in the court of public opinion. No is saying the media has judicial powers...
You mean the media and politicians are trying to influence how people feel?

Emjay please wait until you have composed yourself to make a full statement instead of constantly revising what you said and making me scroll back to answer something you just added after you posted Send. I understand that you're triggered beyond all belief, but please exercise some self control here.
I reposted it because you were going to wet your panties that I edited a post. No triggering here. I am however almost laughing on the floor at your unbelievable stupidity. I am actually quite embarrassed for you.
What's embarrassing is your inability to address the validity of any of the evidence being presented and transparent attempts to win debates through sheer power of bitchiness
Yes, according to the letter of the law, they can impeach him for not using 2 ply toiletpaper on tuesdays if they want to. That doesn't make this any less of a farce, and the only people that don't know it appear to be those suffering from TDS.Does not compute.
EDIT: PS. The basis for an impeachment -->

Schiff is neck deep in the Russiagate hoax. He's desperately trying to save his own skin cuz him and all his buddies were so sure Trump was gonna lose that they never thought to plan their exit strategy in the event that he won.Honestly, I'm beginning to think they are screwing this up on purpose. Its very simple, hold vote to start off with and lay out process from there, they didn't even get that right... They know they have nothing, reps will eventually have no option but to go to courts etc to get their rights, dems will have it thrown in their faces, and then say, well, we can't continue to impeach him due to technicalities but that doesn't mean hes innocent etc... its a game to them
Meow. The claws are out. Lash out some more. It's a natural response after being embarrassed.

Tell us, in your unbridled wisdom, how does one combat a trial by media?

Save it for Pierre Delecto, he's the only one dumb enough to be baited into virtue signalling against his own interests by your talking point.Remember when Republicans used that very document to impeach Bill Clinton for lying to Congress? I do.
Pity MyBB wasn't around back then for you to evangelise the sanctity of their process.
On Wednesday night Matt Gaetz explained the purpose to today’s protest.
Rep. Gaetz went on with Tucker Carlson.
“We gotta stop thinking that we can use the Marquis of Queensbury rules of engagement when we’re fighting against an angry pack of rabid hyenas.” And that’s what we’re facing and I think the president is right, we gotta be tougher.

Guess we'll have to up the ante...
Supporters of Mr Trump ought to be grateful that these interviews are being conducted behind close doors. Imagine the many juicy soundbites that Democrats would have with which to hurt Mr Trump's reputation if what was being said in these interviews, was being broadcast. Furthermore, the Trump camp need look no further than Mr Trump, Mr Giuliani and Mr Mulvaney themselves for fueling a trial by media through the highly incriminating statements that they've made on television. Mr Mulvaney admitted in so many words that aid was held up partly because they wanted Ukraine to investigate Biden, while Mr Trump asked China to investigate Biden in a televised interview. As for Mr Giuliani, whatever, I don't understand his logically incoherent ramblings most of the time, but he's not doing Mr Trump any favours when he represents him on TV.
The search for the perfect impeachable offense against President Trump is reminiscent of overzealous prosecutors who target the defendant first and then search for the crime with which to charge him. Or to paraphrase the former head of the Soviet secret police to Stalin: show me the man and I will find you the crime.
Are your claws ever NOT out?

It's all you know how to do. Well that and parroting meaningless terms like 'trial by media'.

I still remember the first time I noticed Tucker Carlson had chops as a journalist:Like the entirety of Russiagate, any juicy morsels were leaked before they should have made it to the public. Do you honestly think that if there were any further embarrassing info that we would not know about it? It's not like we have had years of Russiagate teaching us anything.
