Lindsey Graham keeps saying that the transcript shows that there was no quid pro quo, but how can he make such a ridiculous claim considering that the full transcript hasn't actually been released?

The transcript is just one point of evidence. Bill Taylor, Gordan Sondland and Alex Vindman have testified in detail how the quid pro quo happened. I don’t doubt that there’s more evidence hiding in the full transcript but we also don’t really need it

And, just to reiterate again, no quid pro quo is necessary for his actions to be unlawful. The soliciting of foreign help in an election is illegal.

But yeah, the plain quid pro quo makes it even more damning.

:ROFL:So reps can now ask questions, but only schiff can select and call witnesses, and witnesses are instructed not to answer questions from reps... yeah, this is gonna go down well for the dems come voting day:ROFL:

They've always been able to ask questions in the committees they're a part of. You should really ponder why the people you follow on this stuff keeps lying to you.

And what they're doing is consistent with the existing House rules, which the GOP instituted in 2015. The one change is they're being way more accommodating of Trump than they have to be, or that the GOP ever were with Clinton, and still it's panned. As I said, bad faith wall the way down.

An elected Republican official in Arizona has been suspended after being charged with selling babies for adoption at up to $40,000 (£31,000) each.

Paul Petersen, a property tax assessor in Maricopa County, Arizona, allegedly ran a human smuggling scheme which brought dozens of pregnant women from the Marshall Islands in the Pacific Ocean to the US.

The expectant mothers were crammed into homes owned or rented by Petersen, often with little or no prenatal care.

They were then paid to give up their newborn babies for adoption to families in Utah, Arkansas and Arizona.

It’s disgusting. They bellyache about the process but they aren’t even invested enough to sit in on the hearings they claim are too secretive when they have a right to be there.

Lock him up, lock the whole f’n lot up

An absolute joke, these people.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Regular swamp.

Billing himself as one of President Trump’s top fundraisers, Michael Hodges told fellow payday lenders recently that industry contributions to the president’s reelection campaign could be leveraged to gain access to the Trump administration.

“For example, I’ve gone to Ronna McDaniel and said, ‘Ronna, I need help on something,’ ” Hodges said, referring to the chair of the Republican National Committee. “She’s been able to call over to the White House and say, ‘Hey, we have one of our large givers. They need an audience. … They need to be heard and you need to listen to them.’ So that’s why it’s important.”

How prescient @Hamish McPanji...

Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, told House impeachment investigators on Tuesday that the White House transcript of a July call between President Trump and Ukraine’s president omitted crucial words and phrases, and that his attempts to restore them failed, according to three people familiar with the testimony.

The omissions, Colonel Vindman said, included Mr. Trump’s assertion that there were recordings of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. discussing Ukraine corruption, and an explicit mention by Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, of Burisma Holdings, the energy company whose board employed Mr. Biden’s son Hunter.

His father moved them to the States in ‘79, Melanie moved to NY in ‘96... He’s younger than she is.

Also, the immigrant there on an Einstein visa has no degree while Vindman does.

Also, Melanie modeled until she found a rich husband, Vindman has spent two decades in the US armed forces and is a lieutenant colonel.
Lol everyone is a Russian agent, even Tulsi except the real Russian agent.

By Jim Jordan standards, this is par for course. Read up on the allegations that he was aware of, but did nothing about, sexual misconduct by the doctor of the wrestling team of Ohio State University while Jordan was assistant coach of the team.

No one is triggered, relax, they are just pointing out a highly biased news source. As they should.

Methinks the lady doth protest too much.
