Written by someone who wrote a book called: Freedom from market.

Odd that someone wanting to rid the US of the evils of capitalism would put their article behind a paywall. Why can't they free themselves from the market and release their book in the public domain and publish all their work on the Internet with no paywalls.

Anyway...
lol, hysterical strawman. How original.

This moron is equating the world in 2021 to the world post WW2.
Big problem with that, the reason why the US had the post war boom was because it was the only large industrialised country that didn't get bombed and wrecked by war.

The only country that is going to have a boom after the pandemic will be China because they got rid of the lockdown the moment the piggus in the West decided it was a clever thing.
The country with the hardest lockdowns of all (including new ones later in the pandemic) is going to see a boom? Nice self-own there.

Dems: "There are no problems with regards to cancel culture etc. at universities".

Reality:

These "liberal" students wouldn't be out of place amongst Mao's Red Guards...
Hmm, yes. Tell us more about this "disgusting enthusiasm for informing on professors and one another", Prof. Ferguson.

So now it's replacing the currency that ended the British Empire? You're all over the place. And I love how you bring WW1 and WW2 in without ever acknowledging how much damage those 2 wars did to British global dominance and capital structures. But sure it's all about inflation, let's go with that.
Goldbugs/cranks only have 1 answer for every question...

Kirk is a real big-brain conservative intellectual.

A prominent Trump supporter and frequent Fox News guest made some questionable comments at a conservative group summit Friday, calling the home delivery of marijuana available in some states "actually slavery."

The Dem-controlled House voted to repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002.

Shall we take a look at how the vote came down?

Very good that the poor oppressed people in the Mukbang community will soon have a right to force other people to pay for their healthcare.

MY HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO ME. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.
Has it occurred to you that this person has a behavioral problem that they can't control? Has it occurred to you that your own medical treatment will be subsidised by others if you ever are afflicted by a major illness? Your views on universal coverage are born out of fear, not love.

Chronic overeating and laziness and being weak willed. I count 3 behavior problems.

Thats how all medical aids/insurance work. No need to involve the government. Private companies are better at assessing risk.

So should people with lifestyle diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, lung cancer, all be left out to dry because of their poor choices? Is it fair on healthy medical aid members that their premiums get driven up by people who are sick with lifestyle diseases? What about the fact that all people pay tax; are they not entitled to basic healthcare from paying tax?

No. Medical schemes do take all of those people. They should pay more based on their higher risk.

What if the person cannot pay more? What if they are unable to earn an income? Must they be left to suffer and die?
