Larry Elder, the guy who thinks slave owners should be paid reparations.

Larry Elder, the guy who would have voted against the Civil Rights Act.

Larry Elder, the guy who thinks Medicare should be abolished.

Larry Elder, the guy who is upset the Americans with Disabilities Act exists.

Larry Elder, the guy who said James Byrd Jr being murdered by white supremacists wasn't a racist attack.

Larry Elder, the guy who called global warming a "crock"

Larry Elder, the guy who said the minimum wage should be $0,00

Larry Elder, the guy who said women should just put up with men's “boorish behavior”

Yeah, it's a mystery to me why progressives won't support this guy.

Is he related to Trump? Sounds like they could be two peas from the same pod.

Well it did happen in the US ,in a limited capacity, and helped hasten the abolition of slavery. He referenced the UK as an example which did do this. Any reparations now will be meaningless. That boat has sailed.

Larry Elder, the guy who would have voted against the Civil Rights Act.
Yes Libertarians did not approve of the provision of the 1964 Civil Rights Act outlawing segregation by private business. He likely got his queue from Ron Paul. Pity that all the videos people posted recently to cause this storm in a tea cup cuts of before he can explain his reasoning.

Larry Elder, the guy who thinks Medicare should be abolished.
Yep again most libertarians and conservatives are pro Free Market health care plan and see Medicare as inefficient and bloated.

Larry Elder, the guy who is upset the Americans with Disabilities Act exists.
Again Libertarianism. Falls under repealing laws that violate the principle of federalism. He also held the unintended harms perspective which was true, but ADA has since been fortified.

Larry Elder, the guy who said James Byrd Jr being murdered by white supremacists wasn't a racist attack.
False. in his own words "On June 7, 1998, three white racists abducted and dragged James Byrd, a black man of Jasper, Texas. This killing properly provoked international outrage."

Larry Elder, the guy who called global warming a "crock"
False. He claimed it was alarmism, acknowledging that climate change is happening but adding, that “nobody really knows to what degree” it is caused by humans.
Which is true, we don't know, except that it is higher than it would be without human intervention.

Larry Elder, the guy who said the minimum wage should be $0,00
Again a standard libertarian argument.

Larry Elder, the guy who said women should just put up with men's “boorish behavior”
"Smart women simply overlook some boorish behavior by men. Off-color jokes and stupid remarks may be irritating, but a smart woman deals with this. She makes it clear to the speaker that she finds the remark unfunny and inappropriate." Or put another way report them. Quite progressive for a 2001 view actually.

Giving agency to a woman, what a terrible person. Should rather be a male feminist. Oh no wait they are the rapey kind...

Yeah, it's a mystery to me why progressives won't support this guy.
So yeah seems he's a libertarian-conservative. Which to a progressive is the same as a nazi.
Explains the "black face of white supremacy" nonsense.

I must say it is actually quite impressive the smear campaign and fear mongering that can be conducted to keep a corrupt Democrat governor in power.
Here's to more corruption and the the possible repercussions

Yes greggy boy. We all know it was a publicity stunt.
Congrats on your google skills to state the obvious, captain.

You missed the part about increased tax just resulting in more tax shelters like that event.

Here's a quote for you.
"Every gesture of resistance which is void of either risk or impact is nothing but a cry for recognition"

No risk, so let's see if it has any impact as opposed to just interest.

Oh and by the way the rich are already taxed. Doesn't it give you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that in that year the government spent $1,538 trillion in tax on non benefits.

Asinine response as usual. If Greg, the Troll, didn't have double standards, he'd have no standards at all.

Not sure where else to put this. The police are out of control

Full story below...

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...en-officers-separated-toddler-during-n1279134

Young was handcuffed and separated from her teenage nephew and 2-year-old son for several hours, and no one was ever charged or cited, according to the woman's lawyer. The hearing-impaired toddler lost his hearing aids during the tussle.

The Fraternal Order of Police, the nation's largest police labor union, posted a Facebook picture two days later showing Young's toddler in the arms of a Philadelphia police officer just after the incident.

I wonder if the cops involved still have their jobs?

^ "Fiscal conservatives" would rather spend a quarter of a billion taxpayer Dollars on a BS recall in CA, and two million Dollars on a settlement in PA than spend a dime on healthcare, housing, the environment, education and police reform.

Ah yes Newsom did nothing wrong. You're hilarious greggy.
You were the mark. Thanks for not disappointing.

How much money did Biden's campaigning for Newsom cost again? Also are all the people out of Afghanistan yet?

PS people like you are responsible for the Rickia situation. (Headlines "Ploughs into crowd", Democrat run city, police commissioner named "Outlaw" )

Impressive.

Not a single one of these quivering-rage whatabouts address either wasting taxpayer money, or police brutality settlements.

You've outdone yourself in the reflexive-snapbacks-missing-the-mark department in last 24 hours, pal.

Brava!

Trump got 34% in 2020 and the Yes vote is currently on 35.6 percent, increasing rapidly. It will only go up as mail-in ballots (heavily Dem) were counted first. ED vote broke 72-28 for the Republicans according to exit polls. I was actually quite shocked when I woke up this morning and seeing the loathsome Newsom leading by a 2:1 advantage.

I note that the most famous Republican county in California, Orange County, still has "No" leading but I will expect that to flip once all counting is done.

Quivering rage... interesting that you still believe this  Not surprising really, considering all the other nonsense you tend to believe.

No not snap backs Greg... correcting your mistakes. I should start writing in red.

Nah the results of the recall was already called long ago. They just reaffirmed it.

Even if they didn't rally support by fearmongering of off Elder he would still survive, but with much smaller margin. There's a reason he's been in power for 18 years.

It was humorous seeing them bring out all the big guns to defend him though.
Now if only they'd address actual concerns with such fervor.

No, I know Newsom will win, I'm just interested in the final percentage. 60 (No): 40 (Yes) was what I was expecting, with 45% being an optimistic scenario. Dumb, dumb Larry Elder. :X3: The yes recall out-performing Trump in 2020 is good news, all things considered.

The storyline the machines in the Matrix have fed you has no relevance to facts in the real world, Kieppie.

Anyway...

Tell me more about celebrities who should not be listened to, and how Tucker was struggling not to laugh.

You can't blame Elder for running. Someone had to and as mentioned it would not have made much of a difference.

Rather blame the idiots that thought voting for a replacement candidate is a difficult proses and would imply they voted "Yes" even though they voted "No"
I'd be curious which of the 40 had the most support if everyone actually completed this part.
