Against because the justice system in the states has far too many political components and people get convicted wrongly because some prosecutor wants to win an election.


Again, I have no problem with guilty people being punished, and in my view, a life sentence in a small cell is a greater punishment than death. And you can always repeal a life sentence if it turns out the person was wrongly convicted.

My argument there is that woman have the privilege of murdering their child if they are a burden, whilst men do not. Woman should have the same responsibility as men in this regard. You sleep around, you are stuck with a child that you have to look after.
