I believe adults are entitled to make decisions about their own bodies, and by adults I also mean women who I believe are equal, if not far superior to a whole bunch of regressive, neanderthal men.

As long as the fruit of your loins hasn't yet reached the point of being viable outside of the womb, its fine. Not sure what you mean about innocent though, the bible teaches us that we're born sinful. So yes, it's ok to exterminate your sinful offspring before it's able to survive outside the womb, for any reason whatsoever. You'd probably be doing the world a favour, to be honest.
