... doesn't change my point though, does it? If GOP leaders are criticising her, there is NO chance she is obtaining a leadership position or a prized position on a committee anytime soon. You can gain proper influence in politics by being in a position of power. Also, I'm unsure whether disciplinary action will actually help in this case...she's so far gone but removing her from the party (is that even allowed?) will generate awkward questions as she won her primary and the GE for the seat.

I'm unaware of any other action against the 9 GOP members who voted for impeachment besides some Trump supporters saying they will challenge them in the GOP primary, which is a perfectly legitimate form of democratic contestation.

The bill is written in a way that it would require providers to obtain death certificates not just for miscarriages and abortions, but even for fertilized eggs that don't implant in the uterus.
