Nope, Hillary wasn't a sure thing. She still won the popular vote though. Do you think all the blue voters migrating to red states suddenly makes them red voters? And the public also know what Trump is like at the helm - hence why he didn't get re-elected.
Popular vote is meaningless in the US, dunno why anyone mentions this. And yes they had her chances of winning pegged at over 98%

Trump at the helm was better than Biden at the helm, and you're forgetting the primacy effect.
Which is another reason why it's important for Dems to try and keep cases like the one in NY in the news cycle 24/7.

And yet the only people complaining are those who are going to jail in droves.
Well duh, of course people that aren't prosecuted aren't complaining. Well except for the perpetual victims so rife in the US.

The bodycount isn't due to unequal justice.
It is though.

Trump missed a golden opportunity here. He should have done a campaign trail all the way there.

Let me draw you a picture. Electoral votes count. Most red states are having a net-influx of blue voters. What happens when the popular vote is more evenly distributed?

Biden is arguably doing better but definitely no worse than Trump but more importantly isn't a constant in American's lives. Don't underestimate how tiring it was to have Trump antics 24/7. The Trump experience is done.

Logic failure.
It is though.
Apparently to those who cannot understand basic premise of law.

It just depends on the breakdown. Also Dem voters moving to more rural areas will have their eyes opened as to why areas vote the way they do. I doubt enough Dems moved to make much of an impact though.

There is no metric by which Biden is "doing better" .

The 24/7 Trump news cycle was because people just couldn't help themselves. Tds boosted their clicks tremendously. Heck they still can't help but fall over themselve everytime he utters something.

Logic failure.

Nope, you're just not paying attention to the inconsistent application of the law. The Jan 6 treatment vs the summer of love treatment in both coverage and prosecution was an eye opener for many that hadn't paid attention up until then.

Red states are not just rural areas. And no, they're not changing their vote because of the state they're moving to. Go look at voting patterns in red states around urban areas. It's more blue, not more red.

Lol. Keep telling yourself that.

Totally paying attention. Jan 6th bad. Summer of love bad. Federal prosecution on all sides. I don't need to minimise either.

City live is city live, so yes they'll remain ignorant, but they're more likely to interact with normal voters in those red states.

Lol. Keep telling yourself that.
It's not me that's living in a special fantasy land.
Go ask some actual blue collar workers and they'll say that under Trump it felt like best of times financially.
Tis is also backed up by data prior to Covid.

Yep which is what most here actually said at the beginning of Jan 6, but with the latter you hardly had the same severity in punishment or treatment. You had many here defend the summer of love hence the eventual complaints.
I'm not aware of a Judge telling those convicted in Jan 6 "You’re a remarkable person who did a terrible thing on one day". Nor did I see any DA write to the judge saying the parties had “reached an alternative resolution" effectively getting a sweetheart deal.

Perhaps your friends in the US will explain it to you.

Which ones have you spoken to? Lol.

Clearly you cannot be convinced on how state law differs from federal law or what DC actually is. Keep minimising ;)

I'm old enough to remember when this was tin foil trumpist conspiracies and was not happening...

And in other news, for those people in the back not paying attention to US idiocy over the last decade..

The NSF’s grant says that “biology courses often inaccurately categorize sex and gender as binary.”
o_O
In other news the moon is actually made of cheese.
