US Special Operations forces carry out ‘successful’ mission in northwest Syria

I am willing to be that the man who flew the chopper was busy doing his nails and hair while hovering and waiting for the soldiers to finish off. Also don't think the high heels worked out well.

F**k me! What a f**kup of an operation! Seems Joe Biden is still trying to do something right that the Americans would like. So far he miserably failed with everything he touched in Government. Damn, this must be a massive frustration knowing everything you do or touch turns to s**t!
Their equipment seems almost as badly maintained as ours.

The second one is quite interesting. Black people can't be racist it seems. A few months later, they can be racist. And they take organisations like this seriously.

Why is someone who may be appointed to the Fed trying to influence which companies banks lead to? Fed should have no role in "climate policy" or any other favoured leftie "cause". What an absolute disaster!

‘No’ on Sarah Bloom Raskin

A hallmark of Ms. Raskin’s career has been her vendetta against U.S. energy producers—a vendetta she likely plans to take with her to the Fed. Last summer she advocated using the Fed’s stress tests to penalize banks that serve fossil-fuel companies. She has also urged the Fed to use its risk-based capital standards to drive capital away from oil and natural-gas firms toward “sustainable investments.” She has even gone so far as to suggest that the Fed should de-bank energy companies by establishing portfolio or concentration limits for banks on “high-emission assets.”

Why so much disdain for oil and natural gas? Because, in Ms. Raskin’s opinion, it’s a “dying” industry that poses climate-change-related risks to the economy. Never mind that there is currently no renewable energy that could feasibly replace oil and natural gas, which produce 70% of the nation’s energy, so punishing investment in them would only raise the already inflated American cost of living. Never mind that U.S. oil and gas companies contribute nearly 8% of U.S. gross domestic product and employ more than 10 million Americans, many of them blue-collar workers. Never mind that oil and gas companies are a principal source of green-energy innovation, producing one of the largest volumes of green patents as well as some of the highest quality of any industry in the world.

Ms. Raskin has been nominated to be a vice chairman at the Federal Reserve, not the head of an environmental, social and governance fund. The Fed’s only mandates are stable prices and low unemployment. That’s why it’s endowed with such independence and power—it isn’t meant to be political. Whether the government limits fossil fuels is the purview of elected representatives in Congress, not insulated bureaucrats.

They are flip flopping between definitions because of all the different group's opinions based on this. I suspect they are getting a huge amount of flak around this, hence why they are like a bunch of jellyfish. The idea that black people cannot be racist is not new, and is a core belief around critical race theory. It's very simple. According to CRT, racism = prejudice plus power. So blacks are at the bottom of the intersectional hierarchy, which means they have no power and therefore cannot be racist. How much power one has, in the context of CRT, is determined by race and (to some extent) sex. Nothing else.

Border Patrol agents fired upon from Mexico, return fire: sources

FIRST ON FOX: Border Patrol agents patrolling the Rio Grande Valley Sector were fired upon from across the Mexican border on Wednesday, multiple law enforcement sources told Fox News.

The Special Operations Group, part of Border Patrol Tactical Operations (BORTAC), were shot at from beyond the border, and then returned fire – nobody on either side was hit.

In a statement to Fox News, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) confirmed that agents responded to a report of suspected migrants near Fronton. The statement also confirmed that the incident is being reviewed by both the FBI and CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility.

Fox is told that the Mexican military had engaged with cartel members in a shootout on the Mexican side, at which point a man fled and tried to cross into the U.S. via a nearby river. When a BORTAC agent jumped into the water to rescue him, the agent was fired upon.

It occurred in the same area where Texas National Guard members were shot at from Mexico just last month. The suspected shooters were believed to be gunmen from a drug cartel, but it was not clear. No National Guard members were hurt.

Well done Biden & Democrats! Now ya'll gave up the US's sovereignity. The country is now officially at war with Mexico! Shooting at government agents from another country is not simply only a crime, it is an act of war!

Jesus the disclaimer on top of that stat. You are really desperate hey?
Oh sorry, if it wasn't belched out by Tucker Carlson you don't believe it.

Let's look at murder rate.

In the top 20 states with the highest murder rates, 14 are solid red states, 2 are purplish and 2 are blue.
In the top 20 sates with the lowest murder rates, 12 are solid blue states, 1 is purplish and 7 are red.
