Yet when there is a major problem in Sudan or wherever everyone expects the US to intervene. So you can't have it both ways.
I think when Bush's term ends in 825 days they should strap him to a rocket, give him a M16 and send him off to personally protect America's interests in space.![]()
i declare that i own the sea of tranquility on the moon. if you despute this you will have to actually be in the sea of tranquility
I hereby declare that i from this moment forward own the SUN.
I'll Send my bill to each and every person in the world for Solar power !
Thing is, unlike America, you don't have a couple of thousand nuclear weapons to scare the world with. You may have your @$$ but that'll only kill people in your neighbourhood.
US is useful at times, I do agree. But because they help us out here and there, do we have to give them the galaxy? A bit extreme.
USA: "If we save those people, will you give us the universe?"
Rest of the world: "Do you want fries with that?"
Excuse me? *Who* expects it?
Name me one country where US intervention has improved matters for anyone but the US. They've been stuffing up since 'Nam.
I think they are just trying to stop some NK missile from Killing there spy sats,
If I where NK I would have a Mass Wave of hands to show the constant spy sats just how friendly they are![]()
Imagine the day when easy space travel is possible ?! We will have a Universe-Race to see who can claim what planets and different parts of the universe. Big wars will be fought on that one. So when can we expect Space War I ???
Russia: "We claim Pluto !"
Australia: "No way mate, we claimed it first"
Russia: "Fight me for it!"
you joking, right? in NK, if you're not from there, you have to have a military person escort you where ever you go.(thats if they let you in the country) Things are so tight there, its scary.
True but Russia have already put nuclear reactors on some of their sats for power generation I think.
Yep but they are not really nuclear reactors like Chernobal but just tiny thermal generators that use the decay effect of radioactive isotopes which releases heat in order to supply the few kilowatts the sats needs to power them over their limited lifespan.
