I am busy fighting Telkom about my usage stats. There are 3 of us in the office who use ADSL, and on Monday (a day when we were having huge browsing & general ADSL connection problems due to Telkom faults)the stats came back and revealed we used 94601mb which gets close to a third of our cap in one day.
Now there is absolutely no way that this is true considering the connection problems that day. Telkom have sent me an email detailing the Ip Adresses and bandwidth breakdowns. All IP addresses when doing a WHOIS search come back as Telkom.
Could these stats be incorrect? How can I appeal this?
