Usage stats

Hi
I recently changed from a saix based account to an IS 30gb local account from x-dsl.

Does anyone know how to check ones usage on the IS network? I have tried their website, yet I cannot enter the customer zone as the website wont accept my login details.

I have also checked x-dsl's website yet they don't have anything either.

While I don't think I will be running out of bandwidth anytime soon it would be nice to check up on ones usage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
