In the past few days I've noticed that the usage tracker on TelkomInternet's site is not reporting traffic, again. I've also noticed however that the daily e-mails I get to remind me of my usage are also not counting the traffic.
Usually, the tracker on the web site is one day behind the e-mail, but for the last few days, the e-mails have been reporting 1.15GB for each day.
All of this leads me to a question which I think we should all ask Telkom.
If they aren't able to tell us how much bandwidth we've used, how can they prove we've used it?
