Or mybb can just moderate them at their own discretion. It's so rare that anyone bothers putting up an avatar that others really take issue with, that if someone does the mods can just remove it. Be stupid to remove avatars for the 0.01% that enjoy stepping on boundaries.
I prefer to think that by tomorrow everyone will have got it out of their system and they will have changed it themselves.

Long thread but just to agree with Hunter on one point, members of family were forced to take part in the bush war under that flag and served their country with honour and without choice. As he said, his avatar is to honor them, people forget the flag did not stand for apartheid, it stood for a country.

Forcing kids to go to war to keep your racism alive? No thanks you not honouring them you honouring the people that used that flag to keep their ideology alive.

People will make all kinds of excuses.
